The AmChams in the GCC would like to invite you to an online Speed Networking Session, where you will have the opportunity to connect with businesses and organizations from across the GCC. The goal of this session is to support business continuity and help members continue building relationships even during this challenging time.

Session Guidelines:
• Please ensure your camera and microphone are working properly before the session. We encourage participants to keep their cameras on whenever possible.
• Be prepared with a short introduction (2–3 minutes) including who you are, where you work, what your company does, and the types of businesses or entities you are interested in connecting with.
• Keep a pen and paper nearby to note names or email addresses if you would like to follow up with someone you meet. Please also try to share your contact details during the breakout sessions if you are interested in continuing the conversation.
• Have your LinkedIn profile link ready if you would like to quickly connect with others.
• Please avoid political discussions or arguments that may disrupt the purpose of the event, which is to foster connection and collaboration.
• When you are assigned to breakout rooms, please do not attempt to leave the room or click out of it, as this may remove you from the session or place you in the lobby, which would prevent you from participating until you are reassigned.
• If you happen to be matched with the same participants more than once, please continue the conversation rather than leaving the room. Participants moving in and out of rooms disrupts the flow of the session. Rooms will automatically rotate approximately every ten minutes (depending on the number of participants), and you will be reassigned accordingly.
