AmCham Bahrain invites its members to a legal webinar, "Force Majeure: Legal & Business Implications" in collaboration with Ghadeer Alaali Attorneys & Legal Consultancy, on Monday, 20th April, 2026.

Recent geopolitical and economic pressures across the region are driving companies to revisit their contractual obligations and risk exposure. With supply chains and operations under strain, a growing number of businesses have begun invoking force majeure provisions in their commercial agreements - signaling a broader shift in how companies are managing risk in an increasingly uncertain environment.

The webinar will feature Marianne Hanudel, Senior International Strategy Consultant and Ghadeer Al-Aali, Attorney & Owner, representing Ghadeer Alaali Attorneys & Legal Consultancy.

This is a timely webinar to provide insights into the legal thresholds, practical implications, and strategic considerations surrounding force majeure clauses in commercial agreements.

We encourage our members to take advantage of this opportunity and actively be part of the business community during this time.

Please confirm your attendance by registering.

    Please note:

    • This session is exclusive to AmCham Bahrain members.

Free Trade Agreement

AmCham Bahrain was established in 2004, soon after the signing of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between Bahrain and the United States, making Bahrain the first country in the GCC to enter into such an agreement.

The FTA has opened doors for businesses from both countries to explore new markets, enhance competitiveness, and strengthen economic ties. By leveraging the FTA, companies have gained a competitive edge, benefiting from preferential tariffs and improved market access.
