  •  Justin Valentine, Procurement Consultant, Justin Valentine has over 16 years of management consulting, strategic sourcing experience where he has been responsible for sourcing over $1 Bn in goods and services globally. He is currently advises a public and private sector organizations on procurement reform, including a recent engagement with the World Bank re-designing global procurement policies.
  •  John Klein, Associate General Counsel for Procurement Law at the US Small Business Administration (SBA) 
  • Steven Simpson, Steven Simpson is the General Counsel for Management Concepts. In his role, Steven is responsible for directing the legal affairs and strategy for the company. His advice covers the range of the company’s internal and external activities, including government contracts, commercial contracts, intellectual property, employment matters, tax, and regulatory compliance.
